Henry By the way, I meant to also add....I am extremely pleased with all the attention your organization is giving me. My company is based in Chicago and for the last few months I was using the travel agency there that some of our other employees use. I'm one of these types that likes to know that things are handled without having to recontact the person again and again to make sure. Quite often I would submit an itinerary to the Chicago agency and I would not hear back until 2-3 days later. In some instances I would not hear back at all and I would have to call to follow-up. ("Oh yeah, you're all taken care of." So why don't you tell ME??) I'm sure there are some times where this might happen in error, but as a rule I find it unacceptable. I'm no executive but I'm incredibly busy and I just cannot afford to spend a great deal of time worrying about my travel being booked. (Fed up with this Chicago agency, I've also been doing some of my own booking on the internet which is much more time consuming than one realizes!) Fortunately or unfortunately, I've been traveling for approx 25 years now so I think I know what I should and should not be able to expect from a travel agent. So, fast forward to my experience this week with Tonya. She was replying to my emails within minutes, not hours or even days for that matter! Plus her attention to those crazy little details involved in making travel plans was awesome! I just thought that you should know this. It makes me glad that I chose your agency. Regards, Bob

In a field where everything about the business has been changing, the one constant of Executive Travel has been service. Anyone can sell us an airline seat; the real value is in knowing that our needs are being met and addressed - whether it's in knowing and always making sure that the traveler's preferences are followed, or dealing with an after-hours emergency. When I am planning domestic or international travel, I call or email Bill, and he takes it from there. Over the years I've learned that I can trust Bill or Eileen (his predecessor before she retired) to get the details right the first time and provide us with good values to meet our needs. A dramatic example really proved Executive Travel's worth to the Wrights. During the tragedy of September 11th, the Wrights were stranded in New York. I KNEW this was going to be a huge challenge to get them home, but felt that if I waited until your regular business hours, the situation would have only degraded further. With some trepidation, I called the after-hours emergency number. To my great relief, I got a professional travel agent who could access their records, and who somehow worked miracles and contacts and was able to get them back to Seattle! The next morning, there was a follow-up call waiting for me from my regular agent to make sure that all our people were where they needed to be! My aversion to ever calling them in the past is based on horrible service I received from my former travel agent's emergency service. BUT, I was extremely impressed with the response I got when I called yours!
